Q. What is the Debt Payment Club and who is behind it?

A. The Debt Payment Club is a private Organization with a special, proprietary program designed to help its’ Members to take control of their finances. The program was created so that you can use it to effectively get out of Debt, Stay Out of Debt and eventually become financially free.

The success of the program has been tested over the last 3 years and proven by the Members it has helped financially. The Club was created in 1997 to help people (consumers like you and me) solve one of the biggest problems most people face... Getting out of debt and being able to stay out.

It has taken the 3 years of trial and error to perfect the successful model used today benefiting active Members in the Club.

Q. Is this concept legal?

A. This is an important question. We get it all the time. We are proud to say... Yes! Our program to the best of our knowledge is 100% legal and meets all ethical and legal requirements of a California Corporation. The Debt Payment Club is a legitimate, licensed Membership Association. We meet or exceed all the requirements for such filings, licenses and careful scrutiny of the very stringent State of California. We do not operate in the state of North Dakota.

Q. How long have you been in business & where are you located?

A. The Debt Payment Club has been in business going on 3 years since 1997 at the same address. Recently, we moved to larger headquarters just a short distance away from our old offices to meet the growing demand for better customer service and the expansion of our organization. Our address is: 12450 Burbank Blvd., Unit B, Valley Village, CA 91607.

Q. How many Members are there in the Club?

A. As of the date we have over 6,827 Members! The exact number changes daily. Members are from every state in the country except North Dakota. We also have active Members from Canada and several other foreign countries.

Q. How much in Members’ bills have you actually paid out?

A. As of today the Club has have paid out over $1,100,000.00 in Members bills, debts and purchases! (That’s over a million one hundred thousand dollars.) The amount paid out increases weekly as Members bills are being paid.

Wouldn’t you agree, these remarkable results speaks to the effectiveness of the program? You bet it does! No other private organization in the country has this remarkable record for paying it’s Members Bills, that we are aware of. Thousands of dollars are paid out weekly based on the status and money in each Members account.

Q. How can I check you out?

A. It’s easy. First fill out the Non disclosure form, fax it to the Club and then next day call to set up a no obligation appointment with one of the representative, who will tell you how our club operates. You will have answers to any and all of your questions or concerns. If you are more comfortable visiting us... You may at anytime before or after activating our program stop by our new offices. Q. What do I need to qualify?

A. You need very little. Most anyone can become a Member. You’ll need a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Application we ask you to fill out, a photocopy of any current bill made out to you. A copy of utility, phone or car payment bills is fine!

Q. Can you guarantee to pay my bills if I become involved in the Club?

A. Yes we can! The Club guarantees to pay as many bills as you submit based on the activity and money available to you in your Trust Account. You will learn more about this information during your phone appointment.

We will reveal how it is that we can pay your bills, with money you never have to pay back. None of the Club’s proprietary information or methods will be released until you have filled out the simple application and completed your phone interview.

Q. Is it really true, "The Debt Payment Club can pay my bills and I never have to pay you back... not one dime. I mean, Never!?"

A. Yes. Everything you read, printed and issued from the Club is true. All you have to do is follow the very simple rules of the Clubs’ Program! You will never have to pay us back for any of the bills we pay for you! And, it doesn’t matter if we pay one $1,000 of your bills or $100,000! If it sounds too good to be true it’s really not. Once you understand the program, you’ll realize how it works to serve you. You must be willing to do your part in this remarkable organization so it can work for you and help you Get out of Debt, Stay Out and eventually become financially FREE!

Q. What types of bills can you pay?

A. We can pay virtually any of the bills you submit to us based on the status of your account. Your bills can be current or, past-due bills for almost anything you wish us to pay for. Credit card, utility, phone, insurance, rent, mortgage payments, car payments and lease payments, department store charges, medical bills, current and past child support payments, IRS liens, interest or penalties, property or income taxes, etc..

Virtually any bill you submit to us can be paid! We can even pay for new purchases, which can help you keep from going back or further into debt!

Q. How often are Members Bills paid?

A. Some Members have us pay their bills weekly, others twice a month and still other Members have us pay their bills monthly. The choice of how much we pay out on your behalf and how often is based on the activity in your Trust Account and is up to you.

That’s one of the many choices you have as an active Member in the Club.

 

Q. Is there anyone the Club can’t help?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot help everyone. After 3 years in business and servicing tens of thousands of phone calls we have learned there are typically 4 kinds of people we can’t help and will shy away from. This is an honest answer to save you time and to save us the time and energy of a phone interview.

  1. Anyone looking for a handout! Or, any one expecting something for nothing! If you are looking for a hand out, that’s not how we operate. We can’t help you. If you think life owes you a living and you are expecting or wanting something for nothing, we are not set up to assist you. You’ll have to look elsewhere.
  2. Victims! We are not set up to help people who play victim to the events or circumstances occurring in their lives. We cannot help anyone who wants to play victim to their financial woes. You’ll have to look elsewhere for the financial support you may need or want if you fit this description.
  3. Desperate people! We are truly sorry you find yourself in a desperate financial state. It’s not a good place to be in. Many of us have been there at one time or another and we don’t wish it upon anyone... especially you. The Club is not set up to bail you out of the circumstances you find yourself in. If you are about to lose your home, have your water or utilities turned off... or, have your car repossessed we are not set up to bail you out.

    We want you to consider us when you have straightened out you situation. We are a valid, new alternative that can really serve you over the long run once you have removed the desperation from your financial circumstances and are really capable of helping yourself.

  4. Unreasonable or Unrealistic People. This includes... Whiners, Complainers or Helpless individuals! If you fall into any one of these categories you will not fit in to our exclusive organization. If you are an unreasonable person with unrealistic expectations, this program is not for you. We simply are not set up and cannot help chronic complainers or whiners. If you are helpless... this program cannot serve you.

Special Note: We cannot help the individual who is unwilling to follow the Clubs’ program and rules in exchange for the financial support and help they receive. Please understand we want to help everyone we can. But, you must first be able to help yourself in order for this program to benefit you and the other Members involved.

Here’s what we are looking for: Real people with a sincere desire to clearly Get Out of Debt, Stay Out... eventually becoming Debt Free! We are looking for people who can help themselves, and who want the direction and a program that can serve them. We want new Members, who see the remarkable potential offered by the Club for getting out of Debt a lot faster... than having to do it all on their own. Individuals who use the Club’s reliable program and proven ability to help you get you out of debt 2, 5 even 10 years earlier, than if you had to do it all on your own. People like you, who want to do their share by first helping themselves.

Q. Why do I have to go through a phone interview. And, what will I learn during the interview?

A. After 3 years and over 30,000 phone interviews later we have found this is the best

method for introducing the program to interested individuals. We are selective and have set up this process because of our experience. There are 3 very good reasons for this:

We can’t help everyone! So, we use this proven process to weed out tire kickers, people who are just curious and not serious and for some folks who don’t qualify for any number of reasons we’ve discovered after being in business for over the 3 years. This way if you are interested and serious about receiving our help... we want to be sure to answer all your questions to your satisfaction. This way we let you decide if the Club is right for you and something you want to participate in.

b. Maintain Members Confidentiality! Our Organization is a private association of Members. Since we deal with Members financial bills and personal matters. For obvious reasons, we work to maintain confidentiality in all transactions from the beginning to the end. Your privacy is our top priority!

C. To see if you qualify, are interested in the program and would make a good Member! This process acts as a simple screening method to serve you and us. You may find that you are not interested in the Club services and program. The same is true for us we may find you are not a valid candidate for the program. Once again the phone interview and consultation serves to answer all your questions and explains how the program works!

Q. How come everything seems so secretive. What’s the big deal... I just want some basic, general information about the Club to see if I’m interested?

A. It’s not really secretive and it’s not such a big deal. The process we use is controlled and managed carefully, because we are dealing with private and confidential information about individuals personal bills and financial matters. One of the benefits of the Club is that we do keep everything confidential. We are sure you can agree...Your personal finances are private and should be kept that way.

We prefer this method in finding sincere, conscientious and reliable new Members, who may want to participate in the program. People like you, who want to succeed by using the program to pay their bills and get out of debt faster than if you had to do it all on your own.

Q. If I don’t want to participate in the Club or use its services or programs... do I have any obligations after the FREE Interview?

A. You have no further obligations to the Club after the interview. It is fully your decision as to whether or not you want to join our growing family of Club Members... all who share the common goal of Getting Out of Debt and Staying Out! You are not obligated in any way for any reason except to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of what we have shared with you and the promise to not go into competition against us.

The interview is FREE and is designed to answer your questions and give you an understanding of how the Club operates to serve its’ Members. It will also answer the question of how we are able to pay Members bills without the Member ever having to pay back a dime!

Q. How quickly can The Debt Payment Club start paying my bills?

A. This questions will be answered for you in the no obligation Phone Interview after you have filled out the application and followed the instructions. You might be surprised by the answer.

Q. Is the Debt Payment Club a Charitable Organization?

A. Absolutely not! While we believe charity is a good thing. Our Association is not run that way. We do value this program and the way it is set up to financially benefit active Members in the Club. We don’t consider that Charity.
